A newly restored modern bungalow surrounded by neglected lawns, shrubbery, hedges, and poor quality soil was in need of some gardening guru tlc to bring the garden back to life.
We trimmed and pruned the trees, shrubs and hedges, and added organic matter to improve the soil. For ease of maintenance the steep bank was planted with vinca minor, bamboo fargesia rufa for the planters, heuchera, hosta, and ferns, adding extra interest to an otherwise barren stretch of land. We ordered some plants for the planters and planted them with a mix of perennials, grasses, shrubs and trees to give year round colour.
This garden is now looking like a real picture and will hopefully be a place where folk can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in this lovely garden!
